Why did you choose the name "Daddyclean"?
When trying to think of a name for our company, we wanted a name which reflects our core values and our mission. A mission to help moms in their daily chores, DaddyClean is created with a mission to make cleaning so easy that even Daddy or male member of the house can help in cleaning.
It is also created to remind of lost Daddies during COVID times, where we lost one of ours too.
We aim to be the keeping things simple for
- Choosing right chemical for our homes/offices.
- Daily maintenance vs buying new products.
- No harsh chemicals.
- Support Indian ecosystem.
Do you use acidic,harsh harmful chemicals or toxins which are not safe for our hands?
Certainly not, we keep our products keeping in mind the ladies of the house.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All products go through vigorous testing under varying weather conditions, from 0 degrees to 60 degrees. This ensures that our products can be safely used for upto 2 years from their manufacturing date.
Are your products really effective as shown in ads? How are your products different?
Yes. We believes in giving nothing but the best products for our Customers. We have spent countless hours with experts looking into every ingredient for its effectiveness and safety.
In fact before listing any product, we try these products in our own homes and in trusted family circles so that only reliable products are given out to you.
That being said, we are constantly trying to outdo our products and processes. If you have any feedback on our product, we want to hear from you.
Are your products tested on animals or cruelty-free?
No testing on animals ever, period!
Could any of your products trigger allergies and safe on hand/skin?
All our products are tested for safety and irritation. However, not everyone has similar skin. We recommend you do a patch test on your arm to see if the product causes any irritation before use.
How do orders ship?
We currently work with Shiprocket as our shipping partners.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Product above Rs 449 are free shipping. All purchases under Rs. 449 have a shipping charge of Rs.80.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order time. Our standard delivery time is 4-5 days within metros in India, and 7-8 days outside metros in India. You can track your orders here
I have not received my product yet?
We are working endlessly with our delivery partners to make sure that your products reach you at the earliest. However sometimes we fail to make it before the deadline. And it feels terrible. We expect your understanding if your order is late. That being said, do make sure to call us at Support so that we can try expedite your order on a priority basis.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards,UPI, netbanking (within India) and wallets.

How do returns and exchanges work?
We always pack our products with love and take extreme care to ensure that products that reach you are fully safe and have not been used before, thus we do not allow any returns or exchanges.
